About

Built for the courts.

ShuttleFlow exists because every badminton night deserves a fair queue, an honest scoreboard, and a record worth keeping.

Why ShuttleFlow

The chaos of a club night — solved.

Anyone who's run a club night knows the chaos: twenty players, four courts, three latecomers, someone leaving at 8, a fixed rate to charge, and a roster that won't stop rotating in your head.

ShuttleFlow is the answer to that chaos. Built ground-up for Queue Masters and the players they serve, it turns the messiest gym night into something that reads like clockwork — without losing the human bit that makes club badminton feel like home.

For Queue Masters

Run a chaotic club night like clockwork.

Queue Masters are the unsung heroes of every club. They build the rotation, settle the fees, mediate the matchups, and somehow keep the night moving for everyone else. ShuttleFlow gives them tools that match the job — Magic Queue suggests balanced matches across skill, wait time, and recency; the live court grid syncs across phone, tablet, and laptop; fees are tracked cleanly per player whether you charge by the head, by the hour, or at a flat rate.

For Players

Every player deserves a record.

ShuttleFlow keeps your wins, your score differentials, your match history, and your spot on the global, country, and skill-tier leaderboards — across every session, every club, every game you play. Anti-farm rules keep it honest. Your stats are yours.

Behind the app

A love letter to the local court.

ShuttleFlow is built and maintained by Ian Concepcion, a developer who plays badminton — and got tired of watching club nights run on cardboard nameplates, spreadsheets, and a calculator. The app is a love letter to the local court: the gym at 7pm, the rotating four, the shuttle that lands an inch in. It exists because every match should count for something, even the casual ones.

Same court. Different stakes. 🏸
